The Student Success Coaching program concluded on June 30, 2026

Referring Students to Support:

Answer U: For questions about navigating the university, connecting with campus resources or figuring out where to start, Answer U is now the university’s primary point of contact for student support. Answer U helps students get connected to the right office or resource quickly and clearly.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to refer students directly to Answer U. Students can connect:

• In person at any service desk in the J. Willard Marriott Library
• By chat
• By email

Campus Support and Intervention: Faculty and staff who believe a student would benefit from proactive outreach due to concerns about their wellbeing, behavior or ability to succeed should submit a referral to Campus Support and Intervention in the Office of the Dean of Students
